He founded ITC Advisory Services in 2016, the firm that specializes in the provision of IGR advisory services and consulting, Taxation & Revenue audit & Investigation services for the Federal and State Governments. He has led high-profile Revenue & Taxation assignments for FIRS and various State Internal Revenue Services.

Tunde is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a Certified Forensic Accountant (CFA) and a certified fraud examiner; He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and has attended various conferences both locally and internationally.

Tunde is a resourceful and result-driven Business Development Professional with over 17 years of experience in Business Development processes in fast-paced environments within the Financial Services, Professional & Business Consulting Service Industry. He is an expert in the design and implementation of business development strategies & models with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

He started his career with the United Bank for Africa Plc in 2006 as a Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking Group. He further held Managerial roles in the Retail, Commercial and Business Banking segments within the Banking Industry having excellently managed high net worth relationships across the board over the years. He joined ITC Advisory services in 2023 as the General Manager.

Tunde is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University where he earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He obtained his LL.B from the Prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2002, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2004. He concluded his LL.M Degree in April 2016 at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

He commenced his legal career in the Chambers of Oluwakemi Balogun & Co, (Senior Advocate of Nigeria) a leading Insolvency and Assets Recovery Law Firm situated in Lagos State, as an Associate between 2005 and 2006.

He later joined the firm of Olalekan Yusuf & Co, (Senior Advocate of Nigeria) in Lagos as an Associate in 2006 where he was exposed to core Litigation on Lands Disputes, Commercial Property, and Conveyance and perfection of Title Documents over lands, in addition to General Litigation. He later rose to the position of a Senior Associate in the firm, the position he held until 2008 when he started his private practice.

Idowu is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University) and completed his National Youth Service in 2010. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Idowu commenced his professional career in a corporate environment with TAC Professional Services (Chartered Accountants) in 2012 where he gained extensive experience in Audit, Accountancy, Financial Advisory and System Process Review with responsibilities for clients in Oil & Gas marketing, Manufacturing, Insurance, Investment and Financial sectors of the economy. While in TAC, He exceptionally carried out various assignments such as audit and assurance; business plan development and financial projections; bank charges review and forensic accounting; investigation and due diligence; IFRS conversion and implementation as well as human capital development and software marketing.

In his desire for exposure to global audit methodology and international practices, Idowu joined Ernst & Young (EY) Nigeria in March 2016 with specific responsibilities for Oil & Gas upstream clients. While in EY, he was part of the team that carried out Shell’s global internal and Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) controls testing for SPDC and SNEPCO (Shell entities in Nigeria) and performed their statutory audits including Joint Venture (JV) review. He equally led the team that performed controls testing and statutory audit of Nigerian Agip Exploration Limited with full scope reporting to the group primary team.

After attaining the position of Senior Consultant, Idowu left EY for Pedabo, the foremost indigenous firm in Nigeria, in February 2018 where he rose to the position of Assistant Manager before joining ITC Advisory Services.

He also played a pivotal role in integrating the university's systems, enhancing data synchronization, security, and overall operational efficiency.

Sodeeq then moved to Balfour Beatty in 2018 as a Senior .NET Developer where he spearheaded the development of mission-critical applications that streamlined project management and enhanced communication within the construction teams. He is proficient in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server with Frontend expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React. He has a strong grasp of software security principles and best practices agile methodologies for efficient project management and collaboration.

He joined ITC Advisory Services in 2021 as the Head, Information Technology.
